We’re proud to present Stephanie Woollard as E+I 18’s Keynote Speaker, bringing to us this inspirational public lecture on the power of entrepreneurial thinking to create positive change.
Stephanie is an award winning Australian social entrepreneur known for founding enterprises with social impact. She created the aid organisation, Seven Women and her tour company, Hands on Development and the Kathmandu Cooking School, which together have impacted the lives of over 5000 marginalised women.
With the belief that business is a strong force for good, Stephanie inspires people to adopt responsible business practices as the demand for ethical production booms. For her work, Stephanie was awarded the “Rotary International Responsible Business” award at the United Nations Headquarters in New York in 2016, was a nominee for Australian of the Year in 2016 and recognised as La Trobe University’s Young Achiever Alumni of the Year in 2016.
